In the exercise of its activity, Trium Consulting will collect and process personal data, but only the data that we need to be able to provide you with the agreed services.

The data will be treated legitimately and with confidentially, and the treatment will be limited to the purposes for which the data was collected, namely, the provision of agreed services, contractual management and compliance with contractual and legal obligations.

Trium Consulting is the entity responsible for processing your personal data, and will process your data only within the period necessary to pursue the indicated purposes, after which the data will be deleted, with the exception of such data that, by legal imperative, must be kept for longer periods.

 

Under the terms of the applicable legislation, data subjects have the rights of access, rectification, elimination, limitation of treatment, data portability, opposition to treatment and also the right to file complaints before the supervisory authority. The data subjects also have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, if this is the condition of legitimacy for the data processing.
